REDUND POLICY: There are no refunds or exchanges.

SHIPPING: Shipping will be within 1-3 days of purchase. Due to COVID and possible issues that can occur at USPS, it may take longer than 3-5 business days to receive your package. Also, location can play a factor.

ACCURATE ADDRESS: Please ensure you provide the correct address to prevent any confusions. Products are shipped in a timely manner. If you accidently provide the wrong address, please send an email to dolledbyteecosmetics@gmail.com as soon as possible.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION/INGREDIANTS: Please read each product’s description/ ingredients before purchasing to ensure you are not allergic to anything. Products consist of oils, flavors, and scents.

PACKAGING SAYS DELIVERED BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING: This issue rarely happens, but USPS can make mistakes when it comes to processing and delivering packages. If in this case, send an email to dolledbyteecosmetics@gmail.com 

DAMAGED PRODUCT: Every order is packaged with love and care but understand that anything can happen during the delivery process. If your products are damaged/broken, please send a picture of the damages to dolledbyteecosmetics@gmail.com and the damaged products will be replaced for you.
